Colunex is committed to protecting the privacy of its Customers in the acquisition and use of its products and services, as well as in the use of the Websites, ensuring technological developments that offer secure online experiences.

When is the data collected?

In general, personal data are requested when the Customer purchases or intends to purchase one of our products or services or perform certain features on the Colunex Websites.

Colunex respects your right to privacy and does not collect any personal information about you without your prior consent. Some of the personal data is mandatory to provide the product or service. Colunex will inform you of this obligation and in the event of lack or incorrect supply of the required data, Colunex will not be able to supply the contracted product or service.
